About the job
Main tasks project management
(approx. 60%)
- Overall responsibility: Technical, commercial and scheduling management of demanding projects in building automation
(MSRL / building control technology).
- Project control: Leading the project team (engineering, software, installation) as well as coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Quality and cost control: Monitoring project progress, budget responsibility, claim management and ensuring quality standards.
- Commissioning and handover: Accompanying system tests and official handover of the systems to the customer.
Main tasks key account management
(approx. 40%)
- Customer care: Strategic and operational support of assigned key customers (e.g. public clients, planners, major investors etc.)
- Relationship building: Identifying market potentials and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers as well as targeted new customer acquisition.
- Consulting and conception: Technical advice to key accounts in the development of smart, energy-efficient and future-proof building concepts.
- Quotation management: Preparation of technically and commercially sound offers as well as conducting contract negotiations up to conclusion with the assigned key accounts in cooperation with sales.
Additional tasks
- Taking on additional tasks in responsibility or in a working group.
- Planning of GA projects and automation solutions.
- Maintaining orders in ERP and CRM systems.
- Assistance in creating templates in the field of automation and/or documentation and work aids.
Competences
- All competences in consultation with the department management and executive management that serve to achieve the target objectives.
What do you bring with you…
For this exciting role you bring the following qualities:
- Completed apprenticeship EFZ as building IT specialist, automation technician, electrician or training in the field of building technology.
- Further training at HF level in building automation or automation is an advantage.
- Experience in the building automation and HLKKSE sectors.
- Independent, proactive working style
- You have no difficulty learning and supporting further technical applications and feel at home in a dynamic environment.
- Sound knowledge and experience with Saia SBC are a particular advantage
- Soft skills for leading a team
