Building Services Planner (m/f/d)
Building services that combine architecture and function – this is the core competence of our Rocken partner. As an established planning office, they develop and realise demanding projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation. From the first sketch to the final implementation, the team supports new builds, transformations, and sustainable site developments. Complex requirements for energy efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability are confidently mastered. The working method is characterised by interdisciplinary collaboration with architects and clients. Innovative solutions arise through technical know-how and strategic thinking. Ready to help shape the buildings of the future? Our Rocken partner is looking for reinforcement for their dedicated planning team.Responsibilities:
- Actively support project managers in the HVAC sector
- Create plans according to SIA 108 from A to Z, including specialist site management
- Produce detailed drawings
- Prepare tender documents
- Independently manage small projects
Qualifications:
- Completed EFZ as a building services planner
- Professional experience in building services and project support
- Good knowledge of CAD, Revit skills, and BIM
- Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Independent and precise working style
- Communicative and open personality
- Confident German language skills. Good English skills
