Your tasks
You will take on demanding construction sites and bear operational responsibility.
- Managing construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles
- Planning and preparation (AVOR) for smooth site operations
- Coordination of personnel and machinery
- Co-responsible for schedule and quality control
- Documentation and reporting of construction processes
- Maintaining contacts with clients, authorities and planners
Your profile
You have training as a construction foreman and experience in building construction.
- You have a strong quality awareness
- You work independently and can assert yourself
- You are highly organised and solution-oriented
- You are characterised by communication skills and resilience
- You have very good spoken and written Swiss German skills
- Driving licence category B
- Age 25-45 years and in good physical condition
- Residence in the greater Biel-Solothurn-Oensingen area
