Maintenance work on buildings and surroundings as well as contact with residents, employees and other stakeholders brings you joy. You like it when the working day is varied and you are deployed alternately in all three senior centres. It is also a matter close to your heart to provide our residents with a home where they feel comfortable.

Your area of responsibility essentially consists of the following:

• Carrying out, documenting and monitoring inspection, maintenance and repair work
• Assisting in day-to-day business as well as in outdoor work
• Transporting people and materials
• Ensuring and complying with hygiene and safety regulations

You bring the following:

• A completed apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist EFZ or in another craft profession
• Independent and responsible working
• Willingness to be on call at weekends and public holidays
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B advantageous, BE (trailer)
