Your tasks:

• Answering phone calls and initial customer consultation as well as coordinating appointments
• Processing and checking certificates and other legal documents
• Correspondence with notaries and commercial registers
• Debtor management
• General correspondence and administrative tasks

Your profile:

• You are studying business law or law
• You have a precise way of working and are an open and communicative personality
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and are helpful
• You speak German as your mother tongue and have very good English and French skills
