Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in Bern's Postparc is designed with great attention to detail – the interior resembles an aperitif bar overgrown with plants in Tokyo's Kabukicho district, which transforms into a modern, artistic restaurant depending on the time of day. It has 130 seats indoors and an additional 118 seats outdoors.

Closings, inventories, and the like? You have an overview and handle it easily 📊
New colleagues? You introduce them and get them ready for service 🙌

Your talents & experience:

You love working with guests and making their lives more colorful 🍹
You have a basic gastronomy education or something comparable in your pocket 🎓
Work experience? Of course, you already have a few years under your belt and bring skills 💼
Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better 🚀
Technology does not scare you: you have PC skills and know digital tools 💻
