Your Tasks

• You are responsible for reliably planning, organising, and preparing consultations.
• You are the contact person for our patients and their relatives as well as for internal and external offices at reception and on the telephone.
• Writing and processing medical reports as well as billing via IBI-Care and other administrative tasks such as handling the mail are part of your daily routine.
• You maintain cooperative collaboration within the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Performing prick tests, blood sampling, breath tests, and injections.
• In the absence of team colleagues, you take on deputy tasks.

Your Profile

• You have training as a medical practice assistant, ideally with further training as a medical secretary.
• You have good German and IT skills, and English spoken and written is an advantage.
• You possess a quick grasp, are loyal and reliable.
• Your strengths include organising and planning as well as precise and efficient working methods.
