As Product & Service Owner with a focus on ICT Infrastructure & Workplace, you are responsible for the further development and operation of workplace and infrastructure services. You ensure that customer needs, company goals, and technical requirements are aligned and that the services are operated and further developed economically, reliably, and with a future-oriented approach.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the assigned infrastructure and workplace services throughout their entire lifecycle.
• You further develop the product and service roadmap and ensure that customer needs, company goals, and technical requirements are coordinated.
• You prioritise the backlog and work together with departments, stakeholders, and technical teams on the continuous development of the services.
• You monitor service quality, availability, performance, as well as SLA/OLA agreements, and initiate optimisation measures if necessary.
• You plan and accompany the introduction of new technologies, services, migrations, and renewals.
• You manage external partners and suppliers and ensure the agreed service quality.
• You ensure compliance with security, data protection, and compliance requirements within your services.

What you bring

• Advanced professional training or university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in ICT infrastructure, workplace, or cloud services.
• Experience in product ownership, service management, or ICT project management.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Good knowledge of agile methods and modern service management practices.
• Very strong customer focus – you want to do everything to ensure customer needs with the product and do not lose sight of the product vision.
• Goal-oriented mindset – you don’t just write user stories and manage them in the backlog; you understand end-to-end why this is really important for the customers.
• Bridge builder between customer and team – you promote direct dialogue, create mutual understanding, and successfully bring together different perspectives.
