About the job
We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a
HR Specialist (80%)
Your tasks - focus on recruiting
Independent management and control of the entire recruitment process (from the first briefing to successful placement)
Consulting and sparring with managers on job profiles and selection decisions
Planning and conducting interviews
Implementation of appropriate recruitment measures (e.g. advertisements, cooperation with partners)
Close collaboration with managers, HR, communications and external parties
Ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process
Continuous development of recruiting (e.g. processes, tools, career page, employer branding)
Support with general HR tasks
Your profile
Completed further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR with a focus on recruiting
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Good MS Office skills, experience with Abacus is an advantage
Your personal strengths
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
High sense of responsibility as well as the ability to independently drive topics forward
Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset – also in demanding situations
Strong communication skills and a convincing, professional appearance
Confident collaboration with managers and candidates
Competence in building resilient relationships and dealing with different stakeholders
