Scope
Your contribution to success is made by taking on the following tasks:
- You are responsible for monitoring, coordinating and organising all construction and installation work in accordance with contractual obligations in all phases of the project
- You accompany the construction until commissioning and final accounting
- You plan the construction process as well as cost estimation and hour calculation and take over scheduling, control and monitoring
- You coordinate and manage interfaces with all involved trades
- You have experience with Messerli for tenders and cost control tools or equivalent programmes, basic CAD knowledge is an advantage
- You keep the construction diary, organise meetings and ensure that safety regulations on the construction site are observed
You bring the following with you:
- Completed studies as a Swiss site manager or in civil engineering with a flair for process engineering / building services engineering. Alternatively, a qualification as a technician/HBZ or a comparable qualification with professional experience
- Several years of experience in handling complex large projects in construction, ideally in the pharmaceutical or process engineering industry
- Understanding of building services and plant construction as well as experience in project management and reporting
- An independent working style, resilience and assertiveness characterise you
- You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
- Very good German and English skills
