Your tasks

• You welcome patients and ensure they feel well cared for and supported.
• You plan and coordinate consultations and ensure a smooth process.
• You answer telephone enquiries from internal and external contacts and provide information.
• You take on various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations in the outpatient clinic.
• You manage the required materials and ensure they are available for daily operations.
• You perform capillary and venous blood draws, operate laboratory equipment, conduct quality controls, and maintain the systems.
• You insert peripheral venous catheters and perform ECGs. You also prepare the corresponding examinations.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant.
• You bring professional experience from a medical practice or hospital and are familiar with everyday medical procedures.
• You have laboratory experience, work precisely and carefully, handle samples and equipment skilfully, and work efficiently.
• You are confident in digital systems and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
• You communicate clearly in spoken and written German.
• You approach people openly, listen attentively, and remain calm and friendly even in hectic situations.
