What you can achieve
- Technical management of national projects in the field of communication solutions
- Control of technical project teams, using classical and SAFe methodology
- Creation of technical concepts in collaboration with our development departments and external partners/suppliers
- Recognising the impact of change requests from internal and external customers and handling them according to recognised change management methods
- Ensuring and reporting the metrics Time, Cost and Quality in development projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (FH/UNI) in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, microtechnology, telecommunications)
- Proven experience and success in technical project management, preferably in the ICT or network technology sector
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in larger projects in a scaled agile environment (according to SAFe)
- Very high technical understanding as well as proven experience in hardware development and hardware-related software are essential
- Experience in the field of network technology is an advantage
- Further training in project management, preferably certified according to: IPMA C or PMI; Hermes 2022
- Very good communication, organisational and leadership skills as well as an independent and proactive working style
- High quality awareness, commitment, willingness to perform and flexible personality
- Very good German and English skills
