The Pallas Clinics specialise in ophthalmology and aesthetics. With over 350 employees at 17 locations, we are among the leading providers in Switzerland.

Our Service Centre is the central point of contact for our patients. The team coordinates appointments, handles telephone and written enquiries, and ensures competent and reliable care with a strong service orientation.

To strengthen our Service Centre, we are looking from November 2026 until presumably the end of August 2027 for a communicative, service-oriented and reliable person, preferably for assignments on Mondays and Fridays, as

Clerk Service Centre 50% (fixed-term until the end of August 2027)

Tasks

• Demanding telephone appointment bookings and rescheduling according to internal standards for all our locations
• Telephone support and advice for our patients
• Processing written enquiries by e-mail
• Professional and targeted forwarding of external calls
• Recording and updating patient information
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Other administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• Completed basic training in the medical field (MPA, optician, pharmaceutical assistant, dental assistant or similar) or a customer- and service-related basic training such as retail
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• Independent, team-capable and resilient personality who remains calm even in hectic times
• Good PC skills
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German. Oral English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work a Saturday shift once a month in the morning from 8 am to 12 noon
