Your new role
In this position, you are jointly responsible with an experienced and motivated management team for the personnel and professional leadership of the professional guardianship with a total of over 60 qualified employees. You support the professional guardians in technical aspects and clarify crucial attitude questions. Your management task includes the structural, organizational, and qualitative further development of the professional guardianship together with the management team and the service management. We align ourselves with the professional recommendations of KOKES. In addition, you are a member of the executive management of the Social Services. This management position also includes practical case management work.
This position is for you if
- You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a social environment, ideally in child and adult protection.
- You have a tertiary degree in law, social work, or business administration.
- Ideally, you have in-depth legal knowledge, especially in child and adult protection.
- You are characterized by high commitment, flexibility, responsibility, and resilience.
- Networked and conceptual thinking as well as very good communication skills are among your strengths.
- You can motivate your team as a humorous and integral personality even in demanding situations and want to shape and further develop the mandate management in child and adult protection together with your employees.
