What to expect during the apprenticeship

• Depending on choice (EFZ or EBA) a 3- or 2-year intensive, varied, demanding training
• Many dedicated professionals who support and train you in all relevant areas during the apprenticeship
• Training in healthcare where the culinary aspect is not neglected
• A broad apprenticeship during which you not only cook menus but also prepare a lot of à la carte, banquets and aperitifs
• A time in which you and your creativity are challenged and you can develop your personality

Your profile

• Motivation: A motivated personality open to new things
• Personality: You bring teamwork, resilience and willingness to perform – you also have an eye for creativity, cleanliness and order
• School leaving certificate: You have the compulsory school leaving certificate and not only basic knowledge in mathematics and German
