POLYMECHANIC IN THE EROSION DEPARTMENT 80-100%, on site
You will work in a team of 5-10 specialists and can fully contribute your know-how in
- Programming, setting up and operating sinker erosion and wire erosion machines
- Assembly and disassembly of injection moulding tools
- Manufacture of mould inserts, individual components, spare and wear parts for existing or new tools
- Carrying out maintenance work on injection moulding tools
- Processing technical changes
- Technical collaboration in various projects around optimisations and innovations
- Completed training as a polymechanic / toolmaker
- Professional experience in toolmaking and erosion
- Experience in plastics technology is an advantage
- "Doer" personality with a sense for efficient and innovative solutions
- Enthusiasm for your field, work in the thousandth range as well as for modern technologies
- Skilful with your hands, reliable, a team player and resilient
- Great personal commitment, flexibility and independence
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation in special cases
You have good knowledge of German
