Executive Assistant 60–80%
Your main tasks
- You actively support and relieve the management in administrative tasks and correspondence.
- You also take on administrative and organizational tasks for the management and the board of the association within the framework of the association's work.
- You reliably plan and coordinate appointments for the association's bodies and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up as well as the minute-taking of various meetings of the leadership bodies (delegates' assembly, central board, management conferences, etc.).
- You assist in the secretariat of the office (partly telephone service) and support the professional staff from the various work areas in their projects.
Your profile
As an executive assistant and organizational talent, many threads come together with you, and you take on a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. You are an independent, proactive, and integral personality with a high service orientation. You have a quick grasp, work precisely and reliably.
You have a commercial basic education with several years of successful professional experience in a comparable position. Fluent German in correspondence is a matter of course for you; oral French skills are an advantage. You work confidently with Microsoft 365 and are interested in applying new IT tools.
Openness and interest in social issues related to addiction topics as well as identification with our mission statement complete your profile.
