Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a  

All-rounder (m/f/d) for the Food & Beverage department

• You are part of our F&B team but support various areas of our hotel, as working exclusively in one department would become boring for you in the long run

Your main tasks:

• Flexible support in different areas – whether at the bar, in the kitchen, or in service – to avoid bottlenecks and quickly fulfil guest requests
• Ensuring smooth operations in the F&B area through efficient resource management and coordinated processes for first-class service quality
• Responsibility for the preparation and serving of food and drinks while adhering to the highest standards
• Dynamic response to guest enquiries and unexpected challenges to guarantee a pleasant and seamless restaurant experience
• Close collaboration with team members and other departments to promote harmonious operations and maximum guest satisfaction

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Experience in service is an advantage but not mandatory
• German language skills
• You are a “doer” with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
