This is what you can look forward to.
Communication gives the SBB a voice and a face. We design and manage internal and external communication group-wide, engage people on our social media channels, and respond to the media. In a creative environment, you make our stories visible and impactful, work closely with topic managers, community managers (m/f/d) and multimedia specialists, and actively drive the further development of our channels. Benefits such as a free GA, discounted travel abroad - also for the family - can be found on our website under Benefits .
This is what you can achieve.
- As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you conceive, coordinate and publish content on the SBB's social media channels, ensuring target group- and channel-appropriate implementation.
- Together with the team, you develop creative storytelling formats and implement content in text, image, video and audio in a modern, relevant and effective way.
- In the newsroom, you brief internal and external content producers, coordinate stakeholders and ensure the quality of content before publication.
- You keep an eye on trends on relevant platforms, test new formats and continuously develop the SBB's social media presence.
- You regularly analyse the impact of communication measures and derive data-based optimisations and learnings.
- You actively bring topics into the newsroom process and work closely with business partners (m/f/d), topic managers, community managers (m/f/d) and multimedia specialists. You activate corporate influencers (m/f/d) to achieve additional reach for campaigns.
This is what you bring with you.
- Thanks to your independent and networked way of working, you complete complex projects even under time pressure.
- With your analytical and data-based approach, you derive concrete improvements from performance data.
- Distinct editorial skills and a good sense for visual language, storytelling and community needs characterise you, and you succeed in telling complex topics in a target group-appropriate manner.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience, preferably in an agency or a large company, in professional social media management, have operationally managed channels of a brand, organisation or company, and know the relevant platforms, current trends and the requirements for successful digital communication.
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH) in communication, journalism, marketing or a related field.
- Fluent oral and written German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (min. B2) are required for this role.
