Operations Employee
Your tasks:- Getting stuck in with daily operations: You support a variety of tasks related to the daily operation at Eigergletscher and ensure smooth processes with your commitment.
- Goods handling & logistics: You take on loading tasks, safely move goods with the forklift, and assist with transport and logistics duties.
- Cleanliness and order: You ensure through various cleaning tasks that our facilities and operational areas are always well maintained and ready for use.
- Winter service: You assist with snow clearance and help keep paths, access points, and facilities safely accessible.
- Guest guidance and support: You help our guests with orientation and ensure a safe and orderly process in the guest area.
- Baggage service: You assist with loading and unloading luggage and ensure careful provision.
- Safety with responsibility: You are involved in the company fire brigade and support exercises and operations.
What you bring:
- Enjoyment of hands-on work: You like practical work, are versatile, and feel comfortable both outdoors and in a dynamic work environment.
- Forklift licence R1 and R4: Ideally, you already have the relevant licences or are willing to obtain them.
- Good physical fitness: You are resilient and comfortable with physical work.
- Sense of responsibility and reliability: You can always be relied upon.
- Friendly and helpful demeanour: You approach guests and colleagues openly and service-oriented.
- Linguistic proficiency: You have very good German skills; English and other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility and team spirit: You work independently, actively support your team, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- Willingness to join the company fire brigade: You are ready to join our company fire brigade and take responsibility for safety at the site.
