Order Processing Clerk 60 - 80%

(daily attendance)

Your tasks:

• Operational order management (order entry, order monitoring, scheduling, and handling customer enquiries)
• Responsibility for correct and timely invoicing
• Ensuring delivery readiness and on-time delivery as well as reducing stock losses and best-before-date write-offs
• Analysis of key figures/reporting and development of resulting improvement proposals
• Organisation of delivery transports including the associated documents
• Monitoring and optimisation of supply chain processes

To be successful in this position, you bring the following:

• Commercial training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training or at least 3 years of experience in order processing / export / customs
• Proficient IT user skills
• Organisational talent with a flair for the entire supply chain process
• Languages: German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
