Would you like to work in an institution in the heart of the city of Winterthur with around 200 motivated employees? Winterthur train station is within a short walking distance.
In our traditional and future-oriented long-term care institution Senior Centre Wiesengrund, the well-being of our residents is the focus. The privately run senior centre offers a living and residential space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs.
At Senior Centre Wiesengrund, you have the opportunity to complete the Suitability Internship for Prospective Students of Activation Specialist HF.
During two to three days, you have the chance to get to know the profession and the associated tasks more closely. You will support the Activation Specialist HF in various individual and group activities and take on partial tasks under guidance.
The suitability internship serves to assess the practical and personal suitability for the profession of certified Activation Specialist HF; it is not a taster internship.

- Teamwork skills and appreciation towards all people
- Personal responsibility, ability to reflect, creativity, practical skills and a good sense of humour
- PC user skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
The following requirements must be met for admission to the training:
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Successfully completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or general education qualification (DMS/FMS, Matura)
- German language skills at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) or higher
- Passed suitability test for admission to the course
These requirements correspond to the admission criteria of the Centre for Training in Healthcare (ZAG). Applications can only be considered if all requirements are met.
