Service Assistant / Reception (m/f/d)
Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- Interface function between customer and service department
- Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
- Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, customer care in the waiting area
- Support and care of the tyre department
- Recording correct customer and vehicle data
- General support for service advisors
- Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership
- Training in the service sector with experience in the automotive sector or completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork panel beater with commercial experience
- Technical flair desired
- Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
- Driving licence category B
- High service orientation and motivation
- Very good IT skills (standard applications)
- Team player, flexibility, organisational talent, reliability, independence
