Service Assistant / Reception (m/f/d) Your tasks

• Acting as a hub between customers and the service department
• Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
• Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, customer care in the waiting area
• Supporting and assisting the tyre department
• Recording accurate customer and vehicle data
• General support for the service advisors

Our desired profile

• Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership
• Training in the service sector with experience in the automotive industry or completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork technician with commercial experience
• Technical flair is desirable
• Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
• Driving licence category B
• High service orientation and motivation
• Very good IT skills (standard applications)
• Team player, flexible, organised, reliable, independent
