Reception / Service Assistant (m/f/d) Your tasks

• Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, customer care in the waiting area
• Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
• Recording correct customer and vehicle data
• Acting as a hub between the customer and the service department
• General support for the service advisors
• Assisting with the care of the tyre area

Our ideal profile

• Enthusiasm for direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
• Commercial training or experience in reception, hospitality, customer service or sales
• Technical flair and interest in automotive topics
• Very good German and English skills to support an international clientele
• Team spirit, flexibility, organisational talent, reliability, independence
• Very good MS Office skills (standard applications)
• Driving licence category B
• Premium brands BMW, MINI and Maserati
• State-of-the-art infrastructure at 5 central locations
