We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

Care Specialist / Care Specialist (70 - 100 %)

You have experience in the care and support of people with intellectual and physical disabilities. With your committed, natural and people-oriented manner, you make an important contribution to ensuring that our residents feel at home with us.

For this, we entrust you with the responsibility: 

• Accompanying and caring for people with severe intellectual and physical disabilities
• Educational support
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Assistance in managing the group household
• Administrative tasks

You fit with us and this position if you also place our residents and our supported employees at the centre of your work and bring the following:

• Care Specialist EFZ
• Solid professional experience in accompanying and caring for severely disabled people
• Independent working style
• Discerning perception and reflection
• Good PC skills and good German language skills, both spoken and written
