Your task
Actively shape the digital document world of our customers! As a Senior Solution Engineer in the field of Input/Output Management, you are the technical interface between innovative ECM solutions and the requirements of our customers from concept to productive operation. The projects are not limited to technical implementation but also include the development of concepts in direct customer contact and with all involved partners.
- Installation, configuration and upgrade of software solutions
- Evaluation and integration into existing customer IT landscapes
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of productive environments
- Design and implementation of customer-specific input/output management processes
- Development of customised extensions and end-to-end processes
- Close collaboration with product specialists and software developers in a varied, technically diverse daily work routine

Your profile
- Completed studies (University/ETH/FH) in computer science or related discipline
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as sound understanding of Enterprise Content Management: archiving, document lifecycle, workflows, input/output management
- Experience with application servers (JBoss/Wildfly, Tomcat, Jetty, IIS Relational) as well as relational and NoSQL databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB or similar)
- Enjoyment in familiarising yourself with new products and solutions
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, independent working style and strong customer orientation
- Very good German and English skills spoken and written
- Advantageous: experience with operation/installation of applications in Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar environments
