Certified Nurse HF for Inhouse Spitex 40-100%

• You are responsible for the care and support of our complex cases
• You bear responsibility for nursing diagnostics
• You carry out assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
• You advise and support our clients and their relatives
• You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
• You create nursing documentation and individual care planning
• You support the management in expanding our internal Spitex services

• Training as a certified nurse
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area is an advantage
• You already have further training qualifications in the RAI-HC area or are willing to pursue further training soon
• You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently

• Mostly partial shifts during the day, no night shifts, and a maximum of one weekend shift per month
