Your Tasks

• You love your craft and gladly demonstrate this in the daily production of high-quality chocolate products, ice cream, confectionery, and cakes
• Responsible for ensuring our quality standards and HACCP guidelines
• You identify with the offer and do everything to provide our customers with a unique product
• You lead a small team of 1-3 people
  
• Co-responsible for the training of apprentices

Your Qualifications

• Training as a confectioner/pastry chef EFZ
  
• Apprentice trainer course is an advantage
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for new ideas
• An eye for detail
  
• Strong quality awareness
