Businesspoint GmbH is a leading company in the field of fiduciary and business consulting in Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Mandate Manager Fiduciary who will professionally support our clients and help shape our company.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of mandates in the areas of financial and payroll accounting, taxes and business consulting
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Advising and supporting our clients on business management issues
• Active participation in the further development of our internal processes and services
• Preparation of tax returns for legal and natural persons
• Active involvement in the development and expansion of new business relationships

Qualifications

• Completed training in the fiduciary field, with further education as a fiduciary with a federal professional certificate or comparable qualification (or in training)
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• Sound knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxes and business consulting
• Affinity for IT applications, proficient handling of financial applications such as Abacus
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
