TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised equipment. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "makers" on construction sites and events. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated dispatcher 100%.

Your Tasks

• Planning and coordination of the deployments of our service drivers and vehicles
• Efficient route planning taking into account customer requirements and economic aspects
• Monitoring and ensuring the timely execution of orders
• Administrative tasks: daily reports, time recording, etc.
• Close cooperation with internal teams (HR, occupational safety, fleet, sales)
• Administrative activities related to dispatching

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in dispatching or logistics
• Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• High customer orientation and communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with dispatching software
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
