• You advise and serve our customers with joy and your expertise
• An attractive product presentation, efficient stock management and ensuring availability are your priorities
• You ensure that the defined processes in your department are adhered to
• This role focuses on the professional leadership of the team
• You actively and committedly support other departments

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: Retail with a focus on food
• Professional experience: Ideally several years of experience in the bakery & convenience sector
• As a customer-oriented personality with joy in sales, you make shopping a positive experience
• PC skills and a high level of digital literacy distinguish you
• You have leadership experience
• German (C1)
