YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Planning, organisation and implementation of customised incentives & event travel
• Professional advice and support of our customers throughout the entire project cycle – from conception to successful execution
• Preparation of offers, project budgets, presentations and project documentation
• Negotiation, selection and coordination of hotels, event locations, transport companies and other service providers worldwide
• Responsibility for budget control as well as preliminary and final costing
• Coordination of all project participants and ensuring a smooth process
• Travel accompaniment as well as support of customers and participants on site

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training in tourism, event or commercial fields
• Experience in organising incentives & event travel
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• High customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work
• Confident handling of the Amadeus reservation system
• Very good German, English and French skills, both spoken and written
