What you can achieve with us
- You ensure effective and high-quality job placement for our clients.
- You ensure that suitable jobs are actively sought, acquired and managed, and that appropriate clients are sustainably placed in the primary labour market.
- You build contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain these long-term, and represent job placement externally.
- Clients and employers are advised with the aim of preserving existing jobs as much as possible.
- You examine effective measures to preserve a job or actively advocate for deployment in adapted workplaces within organisations.
- You work closely with our customer service and other internal departments.
Which skills are important to us
- You have completed vocational training at EFZ level. Ideally, you have further training in coaching, counselling or social pedagogy.
- You have solid experience in job placement and/or vocational integration.
- You know the labour market in the canton of Bern very well and have a good network of employers or can quickly build one.
- You are familiar with IV services. You are willing to acquire the necessary expertise regarding job placement and job retention.
- You enjoy actively approaching companies and convince with your acquisition, communication and negotiation skills.
- You work efficiently, solution- and result-oriented and can keep an overview even with different requirements.
- French is your mother tongue. A good understanding of the German language is required.
Benefits
Working hours:
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
Holidays:
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
Salary:
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civil service
Social insurance:
Above-average contribution to the Bernese pension fund, payment of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident and daily sickness allowance insurance
Training and further education: Financial and/or time contribution to training and further education projects
