Team Leader Yard / Construction Debris Processing (m/f/d)

For our Hardwald plant in Unterengstringen, we are looking for a committed, reliable and practical personality as Team Leader Yard / Construction Debris Processing. In this role, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the site and ensure that material acceptance, production, feeding of the plants as well as storage and depot management run efficiently and safely.

• Operational leadership of the machine operator team as well as temporary staff
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the site
• Production and weekly planning of material processing
• Deployment planning of the in-house crushing plant as well as coordination of external crushers if required
• Processing of high-quality primary and recycled construction materials with the combined crushing plant
• Creating storage and depot concepts
• Creating and managing gravel depots
• Supplying gravel, concrete and asphalt plants with bulk materials
• Performing machine work with pneumatic loader, excavator, dumper or other construction machinery
• Loading trucks with various bulk goods
• Organising repair and service work on construction machinery

• Completed technical or craft vocational training, e.g. as a construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, recycler or comparable
• Experience in a gravel or recycling plant as well as a construction machinery operator, especially with M2 and M3 machines, is essential
• Initial experience in a leadership role is an advantage; willingness to undertake further training in personnel management
• Very good German language skills
• Good MS Office skills
• High sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Flexibility, resilience as well as practical and solution-oriented thinking
• Down-to-earth, hands-on personality with a positive attitude who feels comfortable in a direct and sometimes tough working environment
