The Johanniter Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 129 elderly people in a wonderful location directly on the Rhine. As a certified and leading institution in palliative care since 2016, we work according to a holistic understanding of care. The focus is on quality of life, self-determination, and reliable care by dedicated staff.

To complement our nursing and care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a sensitive and responsible personality as

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Holistic care, support and nursing of residents according to palliative care principles
• Design and responsibility for the nursing and care process
• Ensuring nursing quality according to current standards
• Professional medication management and administration
• Documentation and implementation according to RAI LTCF guidelines
• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area
• Organisation of admissions and discharges in coordination with the residential area management
• Guidance and support of care staff and trainees

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, or tertiary level or recognised training (SRK recognition required for foreign diplomas)
• Experience in long-term care
• Independent and team-oriented working
• Good PC and RAI LTCF knowledge
• Very good German skills (at least level B1)
