The Compensation Fund of Swiss Trade is a large association compensation fund in Switzerland. We support around 10,000 businesses from over 30 industries throughout Switzerland. Our main task is the implementation of the statutory social insurances AHV/IV/EO as well as 26 cantonal family allowance regulations.

Head of Department Members, Contributions, Debt Collection 80 – 100 %
Your tasks are varied and may differ depending on your skills:
- You lead and further develop a team of around 15 specialists both professionally and personally
- Together with the team, you develop the operational processes further
- You implement legal and regulatory adjustments and ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as the applicable regulations and decisions of higher authorities
- You are the contact person for complex specialist cases and have correspondingly sound knowledge in the subject matter
- You are responsible for monitoring write-offs and compensation cases
- You actively support the division manager in preparing, analysing and timely delivering statistical data and evaluations in the contributions and debt collection area
- You actively collaborate with other department heads and in various teams to continuously develop our compensation fund
To fulfil these tasks, you bring the following talents and competencies:
- In addition to a completed commercial apprenticeship, you ideally have further training in leadership
- You bring sound expertise in the social insurance sector – especially in the areas of contributions, debt collection (SchKG), limitation periods, etc.
- You have leadership experience, inspire others with your ideas and continuously develop your team with commitment and foresight
- You think in a networked and solution-oriented way, have a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative as well as conflict and criticism skills
- You communicate confidently in German and have good oral and written expression skills in French and/or Italian
