Your missions
- Analyse the needs of occupants, propose space occupation and optimisation solutions
- Ensure coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, conduct interviews and workshops bringing together various partners
- Develop benchmarks and regular reporting on the state of the property portfolio, costs and occupancy rates for the Infrastructure Manager and the Administrative Directorate of Unifr
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses related to the use of premises and spaces by the various services and faculties of Unifr, spread over several sites in the city of Fribourg
- Plan and manage projects of the BâtiData Unit
- Manage premises: allocation, moves, actual occupation, ensuring the application of institutional standards, safety standards and directives related to premises allocation
Desired profile
- Bachelor HES (preferably in architecture) or equivalent training
- Professional experience in project management of at least 3 years
- Strong interest in participatory approaches and facilitating workshops with users and partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, initiative and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.); knowledge of Facility Management software (Speedikon C) and drawing software (Archicad) is an asset
- Very good knowledge of French and German; bilingualism is an advantage
