We are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, as a childcare group leader 80-100%. The Chinderhuus Turbenthal is located in the beautiful Tösstal and operates a children's daycare in the renovated and charming "Bärehüüsli" with two mixed-age groups and an after-school care program with lunch, extracurricular care, and homework assistance. For our after-school children, we are looking for a cheerful, responsible, reliable, and resilient personality. You complete the profile by demonstrating independent and responsible action, enjoying teamwork, and caring for the children with a lot of heart. We value honest and open communication. For this challenging position, we are looking for someone who has completed training as a childcare specialist and already has experience working with after-school children. Your area of responsibility includes:
  • Responsible care of the after-school children
  • Designing and structuring the days together with the team
  • Age-appropriate support of the children, designing and conducting activities
  • Completing household tasks
  • Homework assistance
  • Competent collaboration with parents and the team
  • Assisting in the children's daycare
  • Administrative tasks
