• Competent nursing at the highest level: You take care of the nursing and support of our patients in the interprofessional treatment team and manage the nursing process for the patients assigned to you.
• Taking responsibility: You are responsible for the nursing processes and ensure smooth and high-quality care.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You coordinate with other professional groups and actively participate in the interdisciplinary treatment of our patients.
• Contributing to training: You support the practical training of students and trainees.

• A completed and Swiss-recognised diploma education in nursing at tertiary level (HF / FH / DN 2).
• Professional experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland.
• Willingness to apply nursing diagnostics practically and to use electronic patient documentation efficiently.
• Flexibility, commitment, and resilience.
• Nursing quality, individual care planning, and implementation are paramount to you.
• Active collaboration with learners and students in practice to promote and encourage their independence.
