About the job

Your main tasks include:

• Regional responsibility and management of the customer portfolio
• Technical advice and support for the After Sales Service hotline
• Order acceptance and appointment scheduling with customers
• Scheduling and coordination of assignments with service technicians
• Processing and handling of service contracts (contract management)
• Checking and invoicing of service orders
• Processing customer orders

We expect from you:

• Technical qualification with EFZ or commercial training with a technical affinity
• Very good PC and IT skills (digital, software updates via remote, etc.) as well as common MS Office applications – ERP system Abacus is an advantage
• Independent and committed with a service-oriented attitude
• Team player, resilient, solution-oriented
• Organisational skills
• Native German, French or Italian speaker with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual) English is an advantage
• Sporty (knowledge of Garmin, Polar, Strava app, etc. desired)
