About the job
From 1 August 2023 or by arrangement, we are looking for a headteacher (65% workload) for our Waldegg School Centre
Your tasks
- You will lead the Waldegg School Centre with currently 20 class and subject teachers and around 170 children in nine typical classes from 1st to 3rd secondary school;
- You will manage your school centre operationally, have a strong interest in school development and educational policy project work;
- You will lead your staff competently, clearly and empathetically;
- You will further develop our school together with the school authority and the headteacher team.
- You will take on teaching lessons in Cycle III if possible;
Your profile
- You have completed headteacher training or are willing to undertake it;
- Your leadership style is characterised by empathy and assertiveness, foresight, a sense of responsibility and resilience;
- You bring experience in the educational environment;
- You have knowledge of business administration, project management and organisation.
