KORN.HAUS is a specialised production and service company offering training, work, and living places for people with psychological difficulties or learning impairments. In our efficient enterprises, we provide ecological, sustainable services and products. The KORN.HAUS bakery specialises in crispy bread specialties in Demeter and Bud quality from the wood-fired oven. The electric oven is filled daily with delicious small pastries and confectionery, which we later deliver nationwide to our customers.

To support and complement our bakery team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a person who enjoys combining professional knowledge and skills with meaningful work with special people.

Your future area of responsibility

• You design and coordinate workflows and ensure the timely completion of our production orders.
• Based on the various areas of responsibility, you work developmentally and professionally with the trainees as well as with people in the sheltered workplace.
• With the aim of integration, you engage with their various developmental and learning steps.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training EFZ as a baker-confectioner-pastry chef and have several years of professional experience.
• Agogic training is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement. However, interest and willingness to work in an agogic environment are absolutely necessary.
• You like to take responsibility and are able to convey your structured way of working to others.
• You meet people with support needs with respect, patience, and enthusiasm and competently support them in everyday life.
• You remain calm under stress, combined with a touch of humour.
• You have good knowledge of Word, Excel, and industry solutions for the bakery (HS-Soft).
