Your Profile
- Training as a commercial clerk EFZ; ideally in the field of real estate trust
- Preferably experience in property management
- An open, positive demeanour and enjoyment of team spirit
- Experience in customer contact with various stakeholders
- Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of W&W ImmoTop2 is an advantage
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
Your Tasks
- Support of property managers in daily business
- Participation in initial and re-letting (creating advertisements, conducting flat viewings, checking references)
- Organisation and execution of flat inspections and handovers
- Creating and processing rental contracts
- Issuing repair orders
- Contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
- Recording data, changes, evaluations, and rent adjustments
- General administrative tasks and correspondence
- Assistance at reception and switchboard
