In the heart of the vibrant city of Lucerne lies the Mariahilf School Building – a school that embodies diversity and community. We are looking for you as comprehensive school leadership to jointly further develop our school and create a place where education meets enthusiasm.

• As comprehensive school leadership, you are responsible for the pedagogical, personnel, and organisational management of the Mariahilf school operational unit (Cycles 1–3).
• You lead and support the approximately 30 teachers of Cycle 3 as well as the primary school leadership and the care management.
• As the central contact person, you advise and support teachers, learners, and parents of Cycle 3.
• You promote a respectful and inclusive school culture and actively drive the further development of Mariahilf School.
• Together with the nearly thirty school leaders of the public school, you are committed to the holistic school development in the city of Lucerne.

• You have a pedagogical basic education and bring experience as a school leader, ideally in Cycle 3.
• You value teamwork and pursue a cooperative leadership approach.
• You work in a structured and reflective manner and enjoy engaging deeply with questions and projects in both smaller and larger groups.
• High teaching quality and constructive collaboration are central concerns for you.
• You approach others with openness and appreciation and maintain trustworthy communication.
• With innovative spirit and drive, you gladly take on a pioneering role, test new approaches, and continuously develop existing ideas.
