For our location in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced:

Property Manager (M/F/D) 100%

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio, mainly commercial properties in the city of Zurich, for an intentional owner
• Responsibility for a smooth rental process in close collaboration with an administrator
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Full profit and cost responsibility as well as budget monitoring
• Proactive tenant support, continuous contact to ensure high satisfaction and sustainable relationships

• Coordination with service providers and partners

   

YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE

• Commercial basic training or equivalent
• Experience as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Strong service mentality and a high degree of social competence and initiative
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high resilience as well as a structured and precise way of working
• Confident German; spoken and written, good English skills 

• Networked thinking and flexibility
