While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.The Care Quality Team of Senevita Casa (Spitex) is looking immediately or by arrangement for an employee to act as a practice partner and quality officer for Senevita Casa.

Your Tasks
- Advising, supporting and enabling the nursing teams at the individual Senevita Casa locations in challenging care situations
- Independent execution of nursing assessments, clinical examinations and evidence-based interventions at the individual Senevita Casa locations in particularly complex care situations
- Identifying practice-relevant questions and recognising development potential
- Creation, implementation and monitoring of guidelines, nursing and quality standards
- Conducting training and further education for the nursing teams at the individual locations
- Participation in overarching quality topics
Your Profile
- You have a Master of Science in Nursing degree and several years of practical professional experience in geriatrics, preferably with experience in the Spitex environment
- Enjoy functioning as a coordinator at various interfaces
- High social competence to communicate appropriately even in difficult situations and to bring the threads together as a team player
- The ability to work focused and purposefully in demanding change situations
- Willingness to work at various locations within Switzerland (willingness to travel)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French and German is an advantage
- Knowledge of Italian and/or English is an advantage
