The Frohmatt Retirement Home is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people requiring nursing care, people with dementia, and assist those in assisted living. Our operation also includes retirement apartments with services within the building. The Stollenweid House, as a fourth building, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer a rural lifestyle.

Your tasks:
- Professional, holistic care and support of our residents
- Individual accompaniment in daily life, tailored to needs and wishes
- Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
- Close contact with relatives and key persons
What you bring:
- Professional experience in long-term and/or dementia care
- Enjoyment of modern, holistic care concepts
- Responsibility, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- Interest in personal development and new methods (validation, basal stimulation, palliative care, kinaesthetics)
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI LTCF system and easyDOK
