Help us create a new place full of life, warmth, and enjoyment in the Basel region.Lausen BL | New Location | Start with PerspectiveThe opportunity to actively shape the establishment of a new Senevita branch.In November 2025, we will open a modern new building for assisted living and care in Lausen (Basel-Land). A place where residents, guests, and employees should feel comfortable.With a total of 40 care rooms, 34 assisted living units, and a public restaurant. For this exciting task, we are looking for an experienced and committed leader who wants to be involved from the start.You will work closely with me as the managing director and have plenty of room for your own ideas, creativity, and participation.
Your Tasks – Responsible & Versatile
Administrative Tasks
- Supports and represents colleagues at the reception
- Organization and control of smooth operations in administration (reception, switchboard, secretariat, billing, office supplies management)
- Ensuring complete and correct billing of all services to residents and external service recipients
- Implementation of innovations and optimizations in administrative processes
- Coordination of holiday apartment occupancy including maintaining contacts with private individuals, companies, authorities
- Support of management, nursing service, and department heads (gastronomy, technology, security, housekeeping) in administrative tasks
- Writing minutes during internal meetings and sessions
- Accounts receivable management
- Support in the execution and implementation of events
- Support in marketing and rental activities
- Checking and coding of accounts payable invoices as well as support during month-end closing
- Participation in budgeting and further development of the department
- Responsibility for own training and sharing of expertise
- Ensuring complete personnel administration
- Application administration
- Management of payroll administration in cooperation with management and payroll processing and corresponding control of payroll statements
- Management and maintenance of all personnel data and changes
- Preparation of employment contracts, work certificates, and other HR documents
- Management of the payroll system - Swiss Salary
- Support of managers and close cooperation with HR at Senevita headquarters
- Absence management and support in the time recording and planning system Polypoint PEP
- Planning of own area
- Support of department heads
- Answering questions about working hours
- Information and advice to employees on personnel matters
What You Bring – Professionally & Personally
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Further training in human resources (personnel assistant, HR specialist with federal diploma) and accounting is an advantage
- Professional experience in administration and personnel area, preferably in healthcare
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and discretion
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP/payroll systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and high service orientation
