… starting August 2026, we are looking for you as a bright and motivated school graduate for our apprenticeship as
During your three-year training, you will go through all levels in the debt collection office: from initiating the debt collection process to recording the continuation and execution of the seizure, to assisting with disposal tasks and postponements. You will also gain insight into other areas of municipal administration to acquire the necessary skills for a successful apprenticeship completion and a career as a commercial employee. Attending inter-company courses from VZGV (Association of Zurich Municipal and Administrative Professionals) and vocational school will round off your diverse training.
For the apprenticeship, you should bring:
- Secondary school or the 10th school year
- Interest in various activities of a municipal administration, especially in the area of the debt collection office
- Open-minded and friendly demeanor
- Enjoyment in interacting with various clients
- Interest in working on a computer
- Mastery of the ten-finger system
- Good written and oral expression in German
