We are looking on behalf of our client, a real estate agency based in Geneva, for a real estate accountant to independently manage a portfolio of buildings.

We are looking on behalf of our client, a real estate agency based in Geneva, for a real estate accountant to independently manage a portfolio of buildings.

Your main duties:

* Complete management of the accounting for a portfolio of managed buildings
* Monitoring of receipts (rents), supplier invoices and payments (owners, service providers)
* Preparation of management statements (quarterly, annual) and participation in closings
* Management of heating statements and allocation of charges
* Accounting follow-up of condominiums (invoicing, charges, co-ownership accounts)
* Management of concierge salaries and social obligations
* Follow-up of tenant files (receipts, arrears) and coordination with managers / owners

Your profile:

* Federal VET diploma in business administration (accounting option), federal certificate an asset
* Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in property management
* Good knowledge of real estate accounting and management / heating statements
* Quorum
* Rigorous, autonomous and reliable person, with good organisational skills and sense of priorities
* Good interpersonal skills and analytical mind
