We are currently looking for a hands-on and service-oriented HR professional to join our small HR team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys broad operational HR work, takes ownership, and supports the business with accuracy, discretion, and a positive mindset. The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: End-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including employee data management, sickness and accident notifications, onboarding and offboarding support, HR inquiries, reference letters, and monthly reporting.
- Recruitment Support: Manage job advertisements, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, handle feedback, conduct reference calls, and support background screening checks
- Payroll Support: Perform four-eye reviews, respond to payroll-related questions, and liaise with external payroll partners
- HR Systems & Tools: Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., Personio, Workable), ensuring data quality, and independently implement system adjustments
- Budget & Administration: Support HR budget administration, including invoice handling, cost tracking, and administrative coordination with Finance and external partners
- HR Projects & Broad HR Support: Take ownership of a wide range of HR topics and provide organizational and administrative support across diverse HR initiatives, reflecting the broad scope of the role
- Internal & External Reporting: Support HR reporting, clarifications, and administrative follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Services / HR Administration or a similar operational HR role
- Completed HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience
- Excellent German and English skills (English required at business level)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take responsibility and work independently in a broad and versatile HR role
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in actively approaching and supporting stakeholders across the organization
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong IT skills, ideally with hands-on experience in HR software (e.g., Personio, Workable) and MS Office
- Structured, hands-on working style with attention to detail and a strong service mindset
